to finally see my zoo pictures, hee hee. I know, once you have seen one, you have seen them all. For me it was a chance to practice my new skills (if you want to call it that). It is frustrating me to no end. I still can't wrap my brain around this stuff, I will have to reread the shutter speed lesson, combining them into manual is just beyond frustrating. I have taken some pics today, but I have no clue what I was even doing. Anyway, I know you can't wait, so here are some pics (not too many, don't worry)
That baby elephant was just 2 days old the day we went there, of course it didn't move at all while we were there. That and the monkey picture were shot through filthy, yucky looking glass, I am surprised you can actually see anything.

Hey! Those zoo pics are really great! How big is a 2 day old elephant? Can't wait to see you scrap these pics. Love the Cancun LO's. I love your style---just seem to put all those finishing touches that just make the LO--you are so good with embellies.
Could you email me how you did "credits here" I tried to do it on my blog and just could not figure it out. I gave up.
BTW--I was going to buy an SLR and decided I did not have the patience nor the time to learn photography. I bought a super duper point and shoot instead. It is so big compared to my little point and shoot---I need to make myself use it.
Anke your photos look great! Hold on and keep trying with the manual, you have been doing a great job so far with shutter speed and aperture.
I for one am never bored with zoo pictures and I love yours!!! Perfecto. Please tell me you didn't take them all on manual?!!?!?!
Great job on Cancun. I may have to steal again.
WOW...these pics are great!!! I am enjoying the class and trying really hard not to get discouraged!! I know that it is going to take TIME and PRACTICE but boy oh boy....love your layouts,gf!!!

So nice to learn a little about you, Anke! Thanks for all your nice comments on my blog, too! =) I don't think they let designers on the CT at DD, though--even though I'm not a *real* designer *lol* Keep going with your photography--those zoo pictures are so much fun!
Hey, Anke! It's good to be back and too see that you have the perfect fotos for my jungle-kit! Brilliant!
Love and hugs from the other side of the world,
Doris
Anke the photos are lovely. Keep at the manual as it pays off in the end- you end up taking photos of what you want and feel more in control of your photos.
Cheers
Celia
