Fall is definitely here! The pool is closed, it looks so sad. All the furniture is put away and we are gearing up for the snow... I can't bear to think about it.
I did a couple of photoshoots, I am just finishing up the photos for baby Travis. I took them on site with just natural light. It was a lot of fun, but you have to really be quick with the little ones. Thank goodness for grandma and the Iphone with the ringtones. We did get a few smiles from him :)
here are a couple of the shots I did so far
I am also taking a class by Jana Morton, who is an online friend and fellow CT member at Designer Digitals. She is teaching at Debbie Hodge and her class is on blending. Boy is it ever cool! I love watching her create her page and I love the little tricks she has up her sleeve. The class is full but I think they will offer it again in the winter. You should really consider taking it, I have never used the gradient tool the way she does LOL.
Anyway, these are the things that keep me busy in between running the kids around to their different things and the usual appointments etc. I was thinking to take hubby to see "The Help" tonight. I finished the book and really liked it. I would love to see it before they take it off.
We had a few gorgeous fall days with lots of sunshine and warmer temps. Now it's all dreary and colder again. Like I said, I am not liking this at all! I am still getting emails with house offers around Charleston. There is just no way for me to get down there, I can't leave the kids... maybe Phil should take a long weekend and fly down there or something. Dreams...
Our diet is going pretty well, one day I made a pot roast for the kids, other than that, we are not having meat. Of course the kids eat lunch at school so they get to cheat often, but for Phil and I it's all veggies. I actually like the stuff, it's just so much more work. All the chopping etc....
Well, almost time to take Rachel to voice and pick up my last batch of vegetables from the local farm (another sign fall is here)
Here are some pages...
Hey, if you have a minute, would you mind jumping over to my photography page on FB and click like? It would mean a lot, I am really trying to get my numbers up! Thanks so much and have a wonderful day!

It is always a treat to read your blog, Anke!! I love it.
I had to chuckle at Gabby driving. We have all been there and we have lived through it, but to this day I still remember certain events that scared me so!! Once Brian pulled out in front of a semi from a farm road to highway. When his dad told him to GO we went from 0 to 60 in about 3 seconds!!! LOL So hang in there. You still have to let her have that car the first day alone. That is a real biggie!!! LOL You'll make it.
Glad your meals are going good. I know Phill is really benefiting from all your extra effort!!
Keep blogging, girl.
BTW Have been loving your LO's!
Wow, hard to believe she's driving. What a white knuckle time for you. But, she's a good kid from what you've shared and I bet it won't be long before she's a pro. Sounds like life is pretty happily busy for you. Love the photos of that little cutie. And your layouts? They are amazing as always!
